Do you have monthly maintenance fees?

NO. We grow with our clients, as your business builds so will your web site. When you need us we are here. Fees for maintenance, changes, added pages, etc.. are all detailed in our purchase agreement and contract. We truly build are reputation by helping our clients, not by draining the life out of them with another monthly bill.

Have you built a web site like this before?

The information you need on your web site usually does not effect the mechanics of the web site build. Therefore, yes we have built a site like yours before. We also try to match you up with a webmaster that has experience with regard to your business type.

How does your design process work?

If you know the type of site you need then you would go to our purchase page and complete the transaction. If you are unsure of what you need you can contact us through our contact page and we will work with you on making the right design for your company. From this point you will receive our web site design workbook and contract. The work book will walk you through the process of gathering what you need to provide. Once we receive the completed workbook we will build your site. At every step of the build process you will be notified to review and make approvals of the work. Once the site is completed and meets your approval it will be permanently placed on the internet. As your business grows or changes we will update your site as you need us to.

Can I have a site that does this?

How do we get started?

We allow the process to start at your comfort level. If you already have an idea for your site and know how many pages you need then you can purchase one of our packages and get started immediately. If you still are not sure and need additional information, please fill out our contact form with your questions. We will work with you to accomplish your web site goals.

I sent my completed workbook to you, how long will I have to wait for my site to be built?

Depending on the size of your web site and provided your package has everything included in it, most web sites are completed within 2-4 weeks from when your work book is received.

My site has been up for a month, but Google doesn't list it when I search for it.

It can take up to 90 days for your web site to get cataloged by all the major search engines. It can take 6 -12 months for a single keyword search to list your site.

I want to be the next amazon.com! Can you do this?

How long does the whole process take?

We can typically turn around a site within 7 days from receiving your completed package. Completed being the key word! In truth it is usually not how long it takes us to build your site - historically it has been how long it takes our clients to provide us with the needed information.

At JASS we make sure every site we build is made to be searchable by all the web search engines. It does however take time to build your sites ranking.
